Anthony Allan Crawfurd, beloved Dad, and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 15, 2023. Anthony, who went by Tony was born April 8, 1948, in Denver, CO to Allan and Frances Crawfurd Price. Tony was a 1966 Mark Morris High School graduate in Longview, Washington. Tony met & married Debbie after his family moved back to Denver following High school. He adopted Debbie’s son Chad and loved him like his own.
Tony was a passionate and talented photographer and videographer. He began shooting film at CNN in its early years and held various roles at Channel 7 in Denver before starting his own successful video production company. After he retired he enjoyed collecting film equipment, antiques and continued to enjoy taking photos.
Tony was a wonderful father and grandpa with the biggest heart. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed the simple things in life, like his daily lunch at his favorite restaurant. For the last couple of years, Tony enjoyed traveling and made several trips with his family to visit his favorite beaches, lakes and to spend time with his grandkids.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Allan and Frances, and his son, Chad Crawfurd. He is survived by his two brothers Tim(Violeta) and Jon(Nancy) and by his sister Peggy, and also his two children Chris(Alex) and Sara(Jeremy)& his grandsons Parker, Grayson, and Trey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Tony’s family will be holding a celebration of life at St Timothy’s Episcopal Church at 1401 E Dry Creek Rd, Littleton, CO 80122 on October 23 from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. There will be a lunch reception immediately to follow at
