Gerard Gaspel, age 68, of Wilton CT, passed away peacefully on Monday May 6th, 2024 in Denver, Colorado

Born in Paris France, on July 15, 1955 , Gerard is survived by his adoring wife of 25 years, Marina, and loving children Sophie and Chelsea.

A classically trained French cuisine chef, Gerard had several classic French restaurants, the latest of which was named Ratatouille. He loved to gather with family and friends to share food, wine, and laughter, as well as travel the world with his family.

Gerard's greatest passion in life was his family and ensuring their happiness. He had the heart of a child who saw each day as a new opportunity to discover a new adventure, learn asomething new.

His motto was”Impossible is not French”, and he truly lived and experienced life as if nothing was impossible.

Gerard’s energy and presence will be forever missed.

His precious life will be celebrated on Monday May 20th at his home at 35 Branch Brook Rd. in Wilton, 5-7pm.
