James Edward Cook, age 58, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, in Douglas County, Colorado. He was born January 21, 1964, in San Diego, California, to Jimmie and Gail. His mom, Gail Moffatt, passed away in San Diego. James is survived by his wife, Tammy Cook, his stepchildren Jessica and Stephen, and his two brothers Bill, and Thomas. James went to Mission Bay High School and earned his high school equivalency diploma. James married Tammy Pham on May 11, 2012, in Littleton, Colorado. James worked as a dispatch manager for Carey Limousine of San Diego, where he met Tammy in 2008. James and Tammy moved from San Diego to Colorado in 2011. James’ last job was an Operator for Transportation at Colorado Department of Transportation, was known for being a friendly, and helpful to all of his co-worker.
James was an awesome brother, a loving husband, and a wonderful stepfather to Jessica and Stephen. James grew up in Pacific Beach, San Diego, California. He enjoyed surfing and swimming, and he especially loved the surfing at Pacific Beach, San Diego. He liked to take his family traveling when he was in a good health condition, and will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
