Arrived in 1939, born again in 1967, and left in 2023 to be in the presence of Jesus.

Jane was raised by loving parents, Frank and Ola Mourning. She grew up with two brothers and three sisters and was the youngest. She was a mother of four and a faithful, loving wife to Charles Terry.

Jane was blessed with 14 grandkids and 31 great grandkids.

Her interests were observing nature and china painting but she was passionate about God and  family.

Her life was rooted in God’s word, which drove her to become passionate about, serving in the church and loving her family

One of her favorite verses was Psalm 100 where it talks about the faithfulness and steadfast love of God.  This moved her to joy, gladness, thanksgiving, and praise.  She knew that she was unconditionally loved by God, and she loved others in the same way. She was loving, patient and kind even when others were not. She continually found her strength in the fact that  she could “do all things through him who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13

Jane faced many trials, but she never quit or gave up. She continually lived out Philippians 3:13 “forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,  I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”  Jane reached her goal on June 24th 2023!!!!!

Let us rejoice and be glad for God is good! 

There will be a Graveside Service held on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Shelter "A" at Fort Logan National Cemetery, located at 4400 West Kenyon Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80236.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Dixon Chapel at Cherry Hills Community Church, located at 3908 Grace Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126.
