Margie N. Cummings

Our sweet Margie was born Zoyla Margarita Nunez, February 19th, 1950.

To Mr. and Mrs. Manuel and Benedicta Nunez, and was raised with 6 other siblings. Margie married the love of her life, Michael Andrew Cummings, on August 25th,1984, in her beloved San Pedro, California. And proudly became Mrs. Margie Cummings. Together they raised their only child, Michael D. Cummings. Who she'd say is her life, her heart, her world. No doubt.

Margie was the most loving person in the world. She lived to love, to make people laugh, to make everyone around her happy. She was a social butterfly. She especially loved children, and worked with them in many capacities. Margie has been a Sunday school teacher, a VBS teacher, a children's choir director, and a preschool teacher to name a few.

It was rare to see her driving around Peedro without kids in her car. Margie instantly fell in love with every child she came in contact with. But being an Auntie, well; That was her super power. Every single one of her nephews and nieces have very special memories with their Auntie Margie. Even their friends would call her Auntie Margie. She made every effort to make sure each and every one of them felt super special to her. Margie was everyone's Auntie Margie.

For such a tiny, petite, little lady, it is a wonder of how much love she held for all who met and knew her; Her love was enormous.

In this life Margie had every one of those attributes. No one can say differently, and in the life she is living today, it is certain she still has them, and a whole lot more, that her Heavenly Father is rewarding her with.
