Marjorie “Margie” Morrill, age 69, peacefully passed away in her sleep at her home in Littleton, CO the morning of Monday, March 6, 2023. She was born October 3, 1953, in Milwaukee, WI to Erwin and Valarie Price. After moving to Colorado in November of 1993, Margie spent over 25 years of her professional life working in customer service for a non-profit where she helped ensure others had access to clean drinking water.
Margie was a family person through and through with a heart of gold. She loved spending time with her son, Ryan and her grandchildren, Jackson and Lily. She loved watching her grandson play sports and was a regular fixture at his baseball and football games where she was commonly referred to as “Grandma Margie” by all due to her loving and caring nature. She loved watching her granddaughter do gymnastics, learn new things, play barbies, and was always in the mood for a good tickle fight. Margie was a kind woman who was quick with a smile and a hello and to genuinely ask how you were doing. Margie was also a woman of strong faith and was honored to serve as a Eucharistic Minister at her parish, St. Francis Cabrini. She left a lasting impression on all who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Valarie. She is survived by her son, Ryan; her grandson, Jackson; her granddaughter, Lily; her sister, Joanne; and her brother, Greg.
Margie’s family will be holding a mass in celebration of her life at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church on Thursday, March 16th at 10:30am. All are welcome, regardless of beliefs, to join in remembering and celebrating the life of this incredible woman. Margie lived a bright, loving, colorful life and as such, we ask that you wear color for this celebration.
