Trevor Swift 02.14.1985 - 09.15.2023
Trevor was born in Fargo, ND on Valentines Day, 1985 - his parent’s 10th anniversary. He was baptized and confirmed at Hope Lutheran Church. He graduated from Fargo North High School in 2003 and from JATC in 2013 with his Journeyman’s License. He then worked for his Father’s company, Rickard Electric, Inc. for 13+ Years.
Trevor loved adventure and spent his early years snowmobiling, jet skiing and kneeboarding at the lake. He also loved camping, going to music festivals and playing card games with his family. During this time, he also had a dream of skydiving and he and a close friend DyLon made that come true when they were 25 years old.
In 2016, Trevor heard the Mountains Calling - so he followed his little sister to Colorado. This is also where he met the love of his life, Katrina, and they spent the next 7 years traveling and enjoying life together. He also loved snowboarding and motorcycling in the Rockies and he worked for various electrical companies until he found his true calling in IT installation.
Trevor is preceded in death by his 4 grandparents and his uncle. He leaves behind his parents, Tom & Karen Swift, 2 brothers: Cory Swift and Brent (Tina) Swift, 1 sister: Trista (Jeff) Kral, 7 nieces and 4 nephews, His best friend & soulmate Katrina Schuessler and his only son Skylar Swift.
Trevor was a beloved son, treasured brother and a loyal friend who was and is loved by so many. It’s been said, “He never met a stranger - only a future friend.” He will be greatly missed by all. How do you forget someone who gave you so much to remember?
